Terms of service

Version 0.2 · Last updated

These terms apply when you or your agency use TweakToad, including the web app, the review script on your website, guest reviews and the connection for AI agents. By using TweakToad you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

Who we are

TweakToad is run by the TweakToad operator (name to be published) ("we"). You can contact us at TweakToad (contact address coming soon).

A service in beta

TweakToad is in beta. Features may change, be limited or be removed, and things may not always work as expected. We provide the service "as is" during the beta, without promises about specific results.

Your account and your agency

Plans and payment

The Free plan includes 1 active project per agency. The paid Solo and Agency plans are coming soon and cannot be bought yet, so nothing is charged today. When they open, payments are processed by Paddle, which sells paid plans as the merchant of record and handles checkout, invoices and sales tax. A plan's price is shown before you buy, and before a paid plan becomes available these terms will say how it is billed and how it renews.

The Agency plan includes unlimited active projects. Unlimited is subject to fair use and to the acceptable use rules below: for example, creating projects automatically or in bulk is not allowed.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund of a paid plan within 14 days of your first payment or of a plan upgrade by contacting TweakToad (contact address coming soon). Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. The Free plan has no charge to refund. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules, and we will tell the agency owner when we can.

Your content

You and your agency own what you put into TweakToad: pins, comments, screenshots, scope decisions and other review content. You give us permission to store, process, display and transmit that content only as needed to run TweakToad for you, for example to show it to the people in your agency and the clients you invite, and to send it to the AI agents you connect. We do not use your content for anything else.

AI agents

When you connect an AI agent and send it an approved request, the agent acts on your instruction. You choose which agent to connect, what it is allowed to do and what to send it. You are responsible for what your agents do with the items they pick up, including any changes they make to your code or websites. You can disconnect an agent at any time.

Availability and support

During the beta there is no service level agreement. We aim to keep TweakToad running, but it may be unavailable at times, for example for maintenance or because of problems with our providers. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Ending your use

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of TweakToad. While TweakToad is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, which during the free beta is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as TweakToad changes. When we do, the version and date above change too. For changes that matter to you, we will give notice in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using TweakToad after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
